Dialog with a client on a product complaint

Customer        : Excuse me, I want to complain about the cake.

Me                   : Yes Madam, is there anything wrong about the cake ?

Customer        : I understand it’s maybe not your fault, but I think you give me the wrong

                         order. I was expecting a cheese cake.

Me                   : I’m sorry for the trouble mam, I will change the cake then take your order

                         Right now.

Customer        : Okay

Me                   : I’m sorry for ths inconvenience, here is your cheese cake like your order.
  Please enjoy.

Customer        : Thank you
